Position Overview
You’ll lead Product Management, Design, and Research, ensuring our evaluation, funded, and live programs meet trader needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Define a multi‐year product vision rooted in consistent trader performance and risk management.
• Prioritize initiatives across evaluation platform, payout workflows, and educational content.
• Establish OKRs and track delivery against clear, business‐relevant metrics.
• Coach PMs and Designers, fostering a pragmatic, data‐driven culture.
• Engage with traders and industry partners to surface new opportunities.

Qualifications
• 8+ years in product, including leadership of multi‐disciplinary teams in trading tech or fintech.
• Demonstrated success shipping both 0→1 features and iterative improvements.
• Strong analytical background; comfortable in SQL and dashboard tools.
• Clear communicator able to balance trader experience with commercial realities.
