Electromechanical Technician – Direct Hire Opportunity

Florence, KY | $27–$34/hr (based on experience) | 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Kelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the Florence area to hire a skilled Electromechanical Technician.

This is a direct hire role, meaning you’ll be hired on permanently by the company and immediately eligible for their comprehensive benefits package.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings to guide mechanical and electrical assembly.
  • Install and align A/C motors to gearboxes and secure electrical cabinets to machinery.
  • Support machine run-off, troubleshooting, and adjustments to meet customer specifications.
  • Identify faulty components during assembly and perform testing to ensure product functionality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure all required parts are gathered and prepared.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical assembly within a manufacturing setting.
  • Working knowledge of PLCs—experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens is a strong plus.
  • Proficient with hand and power tools; familiarity with forklifts and rigging is a bonus.
