Responsibilities:

·       Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that includes the consumer’s problems, strengths, and preferences; including                   cultural, religious, and ethnic background and implications for the treatment plan.

·       Diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans

·       Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions virtually, in-person, or in the community

·       Assess each client’s progress and adjust their treatment plans as needed

·       Work with other healthcare professionals and family members to support the clients' well-being

·       Keep accurate and up-to-date records of clients' treatment and progress

·       Follow Comar Regulations and ACHC standards regarding documentation

·       Maintain a caseload of 15 clients or more

·       Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies

·       Demonstrate an understanding of your discipline’s ethical standards

Qualifications:

·       LCSW-C, LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, LCMFT, LCADC, LGADC, CAC-AD

·       Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields

·       Familiarity with community mental health resources

·       Excellent written and verbal communications skills

·       Demonstrates the ability to build rapport with clients

·       Demonstrates strong leadership qualities

·       Demonstrate time Management skills

·       Demonstrate a willingness to learn

·       Must be able to adapt to changes with policies and procedures in the field statewide and/or nationally

·       Demonstrate the ability to work independently or in groups

·       Demonstrate the ability to navigate technology for virtual sessions
