Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Windsor, CT | Full-Time | In-Person
Job Type: 40-60 hours/ week, Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $85K–$100K first-year (base + commission); then 2nd Year should $120-$150K

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Territory Account Manager to develop new business and manage existing relationships across the Connecticut, New England and New York regions. You’ll be the face of TMI in your region—building trust, identifying calibration needs, and offering custom solutions.
Ideal candidates are self-starters with a background in technical sales, calibration, or quality who are ready to make a strong impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans
- Conduct 12–15 in-person client visits weekly
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders in quality, purchasing, and operations
- Respond to RFPs, prepare quotes, and collaborate with branch leadership
- Drive growth across calibration, repair, and product distribution services
- Track activities in CRM and provide monthly sales reports
- Travel about 70% (some overnight)
Requirements and Skills:
- Technical sales, calibration, or related industry experience a MUST
- Strong B2B sales background and closing skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Time and Territory Management skills a must
