Summary

As a Sales Advisor, you'll act as a key point of contact for customers and business clients alike, helping them navigate our product offerings, answering questions via phone and email, and assisting with quotes and order details.

This is a non-commissioned role focused on delivering exceptional service and providing buying guidance, not high-pressure sales tactics. You’ll also work cross-functionally with our marketing and operations teams to maintain product listing across specific e-commerce channels and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls and email inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
• Guide customers through the PC buying process with tailored advice
• Follow up on sales leads and support customer decision-making
• Prepare quotes and proposals for business and institutional customers
• Maintain and update ecommerce product listings across various marketplaces
• Track open conversations and maintain clear notes and records
• Support the marketing team with special project coordination as needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a sales or customer support role, preferably involving tech. (either through brick-and-mortar retail or online)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Experience with PC hardware and interest in gaming are desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
