• Experience running commercial electrical construction jobs
• Thorough understanding of blueprints
• Good with people
• Able to give clear direction to staff
• General computer skills
• Good driving record

Brief job description:

• Oversee commercial construction projects
• Work with tools as needed
• Management of staff on site
• Order materials using our custom materials database
• Manage tools and equipment
• Assure quality workmanship
• Coordinate with General Contractor
• Assist with generating Change Orders
• Track labor hours on projects, provide all efforts to deliver job within budgets
• Use laptop computer tied to office remote access system to assist managing projects

• Position is hourly and is reviewed during the interview process **
