Job Details

We are looking for a bilingual Mandarin-English Logistics Coordinator to help manage shipments, communicate with suppliers, and keep everything running smoothly in our supply chain. You will work with both local and international teams to make sure goods arrive on time and orders are fulfilled correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and track shipments from shippers to consignee

• Communicate daily with Chinese-speaking suppliers

• Prepare freight quotation

• Keep track of shipments

• Solve delivery issues or delays quickly

• Work with freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal team

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Organized and good at multitasking

• Comfortable using Excel and other office tools

• Knowledge of international shipping is a plus
