Job Specifications:
Job Type: Temporary
Location: South Chesterfield, Virginia
Pay Rate: $35

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support procurement, finance, and local design companies.
- Manage SharePoint administration effectively.
- Create engaging monthly newsletters and videos.
- Ensure proper document control and filing, facilitating seamless communication.
- Issue purchase orders (POs) and goods receipts (GRs) in Coupa.
- Assist with interim payment processes.
- Participate in project groups and support KPI dashboards and Power BI tasks.
- Coordinate town halls, events, and meetings to foster team spirit.
- Set up and review SharePoint site user access to optimize collaboration.
- Translate technical demands into actionable solutions and communicate them effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree or certification in Business Administration or Project Management.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and SAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
- Several years of experience in similar administrative roles.
- Experience in construction or large-scale projects preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, flexible, and globally minded with local knowledge.
- Fluent in English.
