Optionally if you prefer internet leads then we can provide those as well? Allstate Lead Manager or Ricochet for managing leads. Sales Support assistance so after you close the deal they take over and handle all the back end work so you can move to the next call to close another!
The Greg White Allstate Insurance agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing 30 year agency. You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance. At the Greg White Agency we are dedicated to the growth of our team with the best training, technology and leads to help you be the best you can be. I am only looking for experienced p/c insurance sales reps with a proven history looking for change. You will still need to make outbound calls 1-2 hours per day, but otherwise inbound calls and emails will provide ample leads. Bilingual English Spanish Mandatory

Fast-paced Family-Oriented, and fun environment
Total compensation range is 70k to 120k+ consisting of base pay, plus commission and bonuses. Current sales producers range from 75k to 159k. No caps on commission/bonus.
Position is flexible either fully remote, hybrid. Fully remote requires prior proven successful insurance sales experience.

Responsibilities
- Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
- Ensure that the White Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
- Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
- Responsible for accurate underwriting.
- Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
