Job Details

• Provide in-person and phone-based customer service to walk-in clients and vendors
• Work primarily in a warehouse environment, sourcing and fulfilling orders
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship tool, mechanical, or electrical parts
• Use a forklift to move inventory and load/unload shipments
• Manage data entry in order tracking systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
• Interpret and source parts from minimal or incomplete information

Qualifications:

• Fork truck certified is preferred
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
• Experience with tool, electrical or mechanical parts knowledge is preferred
• Good customer service
• Ability to adapt to different situations quickly

Hours are:

Monday through Friday – 40 hours a week

Warehouse is usually open 7:30am to 5pm

There is potential for overtime in the future
