The payroll coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating precise and punctual processing of payroll. Their responsibilities encompass overseeing payroll activities such as wage calculations, report preparation, benefit reconciliation and record maintenance. Human Resources responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR experience for our employees, which includes recruitment, onboarding and general employee relations. Responsibilities will also include maintaining HR data and producing analytical reports. In addition to HR and Payroll responsibilities this position will provide assistance in the business office when needed. Proficiency in analytical aptitude, and familiarity with payroll and HR regulations are imperative for achieving success in this position.
