Key Staffing is hiring a Controller for a growing company with multiple entities. As a strategic member of the executive leadership team, the Controller will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, working closely with the CEO to align financial strategies with business objectives. This role requires a seasoned leader who can provide strategic insights, optimize financial operations, and support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

• Advise the CEO and executive team on budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance.

• Lead project planning, including budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance tracking.

• Oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and tax regulations.

• Manage procurement, accounts payable, and vendor relationships.

• Implement and maintain internal controls and risk management strategies.

• Oversee cash management, tax optimization, and compliance activities.

• Provide financial leadership for mergers, acquisitions, and capital management initiatives.

• Collaborate with auditors, regulatory bodies, and banking partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with prior experience as a Controller.
• Expertise in corporate finance, tax strategy, and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and financial analysis tools.
