We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure alignment with the company’s policies, vision, and operational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a proven track record in warehouse management and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations in accordance with company policies and strategic objectives.

• Manage product inventory using the existing system, while identifying and supporting improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.

• Design and maintain an effective warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and streamline operations.

• Assist in procurement by analyzing inventory reports and sales data to support timely and accurate product ordering.

• Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks by reviewing orders, incoming shipments, and assigning responsibilities to warehouse staff.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse.

• Support the development and implementation of warehouse policies and standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient receiving, handling, and shipping of products.

• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new warehouse staff.

• Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and motivation to warehouse team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in warehouse management and deep knowledge of best practices in inventory control and logistics.

• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and performance management.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in spreadsheet tools and inventory management systems.

• Physical capability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
