Job Description

THE JOB:

Full Time Field Position/ Remodeler – Level 3

· Function as an experienced team member that facilitates and executes all aspects of residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling as well as additions and whole house renovations

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

· 8 – 10yrs residential remodel work experience preferred

· Clean driving record

· Ability to pass criminal background and drug tests

· Own a full set of well-maintained and organized personal tools – including a personal smart phone

· Possess clock-like reliability

· Have a strong desire to be a part of a team

· Own an unquenchable work ethic

· Commitment to personal growth

THE EXPECTATIONS:

· Be a daily representation of the “Three Pillars” to our clients and trade partners

· Strong problem-solving capabilities

· Self-starter and ability to effectively work in unsupervised environments

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong working knowledge of current building code

· Carpentry abilities ranging from efficient and accurate framing to precise finish work

· Strong install/ modification abilities on residential plumbing systems

· Strong install/ modification abilities on residential electrical systems

· Excellent working knowledge of the trades with respect to residential remodel work

THE COMPENSATION:

· Pay starting at $30/hr

· Company vehicle

· Personal Time Off – up to 64hrs in year 1 (accrued hourly)

· 7 paid holidays per year
