Requirements:

• Own truck for transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum of 5 years of general roofing experience
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
• Proven track record of high-volume sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Spanish/English required

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and schedule appointments with prospective customers
• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess roofing needs
• Prepare accurate and detailed proposals based on inspection findings
• Present proposals to customers and address any questions or concerns
• Follow up with customers to close sales and secure contracts
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
