Job Details

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and experienced Kitchen Managers to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, one in Lakewood, OH and the other in North Olmsted, OH. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining high food standards, managing kitchen staff schedules, handling inventory and ordering, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys the rhythm of a working kitchen, takes pride in consistency and cleanliness, and leads by example.

What we can provide you:

• Pay: $45-50k; based on experience
• 5 days a week; roughly 55 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation are consistent.
• Monitor and manage food inventory; place and receive orders to maintain stock levels and reduce waste.
• Schedule kitchen staff, approve timesheets, and assist in hiring and training new team members.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization meet health and safety standards at all times.
• Support prep and line cooking during peak hours as needed.
• Track food costs and kitchen labor to stay within budget targets.
• Maintain all kitchen equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Communicate clearly with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and timely orders.
• Enforce kitchen policies and uphold a professional, respectful team culture.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience (Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager preferred).
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety practices, and line cooking.
• Comfortable managing a team and creating schedules.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain).
