Our client, a leading global company in the logistics and fulfillment industry, is seeking an Inventory Planner work onsite in Kirkland, WA. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Inventory Planner to join our client's team. This role requires strong execution of data and processes, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and proactive problem-solving. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting operational efficiency and ensuring inventory accuracy across systems and teams.

Pay: $27.00 to $28.00/hour - based on experience

Schedule: 2nd shift – 5:00 pm to 3:30 AM PST - Front Half (Sun-Wed), Back Half (Wed-Sat) or Doughnut shift (Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri

Location: Kirkland, WA

Contract Duration: 6-month W-2, possible extension

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data accuracy across tools and processes to support operational effectiveness.
  • Manage inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking, maintenance, vendor communication, fill rates, and resolution of operational issues.
  • Analyze inventory levels and SKU performance to determine replenishment needs.
  • Execute and maintain reports and systems related to purchase orders, in-stock management, and vendor operations.
  • Collaborate across departments and business functions to drive strategic and process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as an Inventory Specialist, Associate Planner, Associate Buyer, or in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other business software tools
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and team-oriented with a focus on collaboration and results
  • Preferred experience working with inventory management systems
  • Preferred familiarity with supply chain or purchasing functions
