National Security Systems is seeking a customer service scheduler with strong leadership and organizational skills. Experienced in security alarms, fire alarms, industry would be very helpful. Responsibilities:
· Customer Service.
· Preparing and maintaining technicians’ schedules.
· Manage inventory and job staging.
· Communicate and effectively interact with contractors and customers.
· Identify out of scope requests by the contractor or customer and notify management of pending changes.
· Assist customers with questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
· Effectively communicate project status to management.
Basic Qualifications:
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· Applicants must be able to pass a background check.
· Must have excellent communications skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers.
· Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
Job Growth:
This person will have the potential to supervise and manage service and installation department.
