Your Role:

• Successfully collect certified delinquent taxes and debts owed to state government agencies, including college debt.
• Negotiate and structure payments with debtors.
• Maintain a high degree of customer contact through inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Utilize sales techniques to persuade debtors to resolve their tax issues, emphasizing the benefits of timely payments and the consequences of non-payment.

What We Need:

• Ability to work onsite Monday thru Friday, 8a-5pm.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven sales experience or Collections experience, particularly in roles requiring persuasion and negotiation.
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft products such as Excel and Word.
