Physician Assistant needed to join a thriving ENT practice in Portland, Oregon

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and highly skilled physician assistant interested in the ENT specialty to join a dynamic clinic dedicated to excellence in patient treatment and innovative clinical practice. This role is designed for a professional who is passionate about advancing patient outcomes and who thrives in a collaborative environment.

The practice has 3 locations and specializes in sleep disorders and sinus conditions. The clinic is known for their professionalism, expertise, and patient-centered care provided by the staff and doctors.  The technology is modern, and patients come in from all over the country to be treated!

The PA role is very "hands-on" with the patients, not only new patients but also participants in the in-office surgical procedures and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning for ENT
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical teams to deliver personalized patient care.
• Perform procedures and assist in minimally invasive treatments with precision and expertise.
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventative care to optimize long-term health.
• Contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives and maintain detailed patient records.

Qualifications:
• Current Oregon PA license—Prefer at least one (1) year of clinical experience as a PA. New grads are welcome to apply IF you already hold your Oregon license.
