Help homeowners and heirs recover money left behind after foreclosure sales — known as surplus funds. This is your chance to break into a gatekept industry with real support, real leads, and real commission payouts. (monthly estimates are for claims of $50,000 or more)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Calling and connecting with potential claimants

• Educating them (compassionately) on what’s owed and how

• Walking them through the claim process

• Gathering research data and court documents (as needed)

• Collecting commission when the claim pays out

What We’re Looking For:

Communicators with empathy, integrity, dependability and focus

• 21+ with a laptop/computer + internet

• Committed, coachable, and ready to work

• Available for onboarding/training if selected

• Honest about any past experience in Surplus Funds or Lead Generations
