We are seeking for a reliable, dedicated, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at a unique outdoor hotel nestled in the serene and wild beauty of the desert. Our property offers guests a peaceful retreat where they can relax, explore, and reconnect with nature. As a Housekeeper, you will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor and play a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring accommodations and shared spaces are thoroughly clean, comfortable, and inviting. Key Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations team, under the direction of our Housekeeping Supervisor, to ensure all tasks are successfully completed in a timely manner
• Take pride in adhering to Company standards by consistently ensuring assigned accommodations and/or areas are meticulously clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready to welcome guests, in a timely manner
• Identify and promptly report any maintenance issues or irregularities, to the appropriate team
• Follow proper sanitation protocols, particularly in kitchens and bathrooms, to prevent the spread of germs and ensure a hygienic environment
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor while respecting guests’ privacy
• Work with Reservations to anticipate guest needs, such as providing extra towels or other requests guest have arranged, prior to arrival
• Report any items left behind by guests to Reservations and give them to Housekeeping Supervisor to store securely
• Daily interact with co-workers and guests in a professional manner
• General duties include stripping beds and putting on fresh clean linens, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, dusting, organizing furniture, and washing dishes in a consistent manner throughout all accommodations.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and company-related practices
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

· Speak fluently in English and/or Spanish
· Reliability and integrity
· Proactive, problem-solver, and efficient
· Ability to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to heat, cold, rain, snow, dust and/or wind
· Ability to work overtime, when needed
· Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 30 lbs
· Ability to follow directions and be a team player
· Ability to extensively walk, stand, bend, twist, lift, and maneuver in an outdoor environment with uneven surfaces

Preferred Qualifications

· Bilingual in English and Spanish
· High School Diploma or GED
· Prior hospitality experience preferred
