Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quoting Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotes for our dealers, following up on leads, and supporting our commitment to outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate quotes for various projects and product requests in a timely and accurate manner

• Follow up with customers to convert quotes into sales

• Conduct warm calls to existing customers and outreach campaigns for new products and programs

• Maintain detailed records in CRM (Sage) and other internal systems

• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in sales, customer service, inside sales, or estimating

• High School Diploma or Associate Degree required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent math skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM platforms (preferably Sage)

• Energetic, persistent, and positive attitude

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships
