An Austin based custom design homebuilding company is looking for a Project Manager to supervise all onsite construction, activities and trades to ensure highest quality workmanship and safe work environment, conduct regularly scheduled inspections, approve of work being performed by subcontractors and vendors; maintain safe worksite requirements and any state and local level agencies regulations. Follow up with homeowners. Co-construct knowledge helpful

Qualifications

Minimum-5 year for Project Manager and 10 years superintendent of construction experience; ability to read and understand construction documents; MS office

College Degree Preferred
