The City Kitch Commercial Kitchen in Charlotte is looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Cleaning Crew Members. Applicants should excel in a physical and fast paced environment. These crew members will work beside our facility managers and be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and clients. The City Kitch is looking for full time employees to join our team.

Hours needed: Early morning beginning at 6am

Full time: 40 hours a week

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchens, dining areas, and bathrooms
• Ensure all surfaces are free of debris and food waste
• Mop and sweep floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
• Stock supplies, such as paper towels and soap, in restrooms
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the manager
• Deep cleaning of kitchen equipment on a rotating schedule

Requirements:

• Ability to excel in a physical and fast paced environment
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Must pass required background check
