About the Role

As General Manager, you’ll be in the thick of it, leading your team, making strategic decisions, and driving results. You’ll oversee a full-service diesel repair shop and manage a team of skilled diesel technicians, service advisors, and support staff.

????️ Note: Prior technical experience—especially in diesel or fleet maintenance—is strongly preferred. While you may not be wrenching, understanding the technical side is essential to effectively lead, support, and communicate with your team.

• Hours: 45-60 hours per week. We're looking for someone all-in, committed, and ready to lead by example.

• Responsibilities: Manage operations, optimize team performance, drive profitability, and implement scalable processes. You'll hold yourself and your team to the highest standards of excellence, ensuring that we’re always pushing forward.

• Location: Based in Durham, NC.

Earning Potential

• Base Salary: $85,000

• Bonus Potential: Up to $62,000

• Total Compensation Potential: $147,000

• Competitive Pay: $85,000 annual base salary, with potential bonus up to $62,000 (Total Compensation: $147,000)
