Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Plumbing Helper to join our team. The Plumbing Helper will assist licensed plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This is a great opportunity to learn the trade, grow within the company, and gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist plumbers with the installation of pipes, fixtures, and water systems
• Load and unload materials and tools
• Prepare job sites, including protection of client property
• Carry tools and equipment to and from job sites
• Measure, cut, and assemble pipe using hand and power tools under supervision
• Clean up work areas after job completion
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Communicate effectively with the team and customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs.) and work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with attention to detail
• Prior experience in construction or plumbing is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy tools and equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
