General Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable technician to join our team as a Home Service Repair & Improvement Technician. This role is responsible for performing a variety of home repairs and light construction tasks, including sheetrock installation and repair, painting, knee wall construction, attic flooring, and blown-in insulation.

A key part of this role is serving as our "go-back" specialist - handling repairs for any incidental damage caused during our primary service visits, ensuring customer satisfaction, and preserving our company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform drywall installation, patching, finishing, and painting.
• Conduct general home repairs and light carpentry (e.g., trim, framing, flooring).
• Install blown-in attic insulation.
• Build knee walls, install attic flooring, and complete related projects.
• Respond promptly to service calls for post-installation damage repairs.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and suggest additional services.
• Work collaboratively with service teams and office staff to ensure seamless scheduling and customer experience.
• Maintain, clean, safe, and organized job sites.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction, carpentry, painting, or handyman services.
• Strong drywall finishing, painting, and general carpentry skills.
• Basic understanding of insulation and attic work.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
