Now Hiring: Project Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to join our team and who will be able to grow into a full project manager over time. In this role, you will work closely with project managers to help coordinate project activities, manage documentation, and support day-to-day operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and tracking project progress

• Review and organize project drawings, submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs

• Communicate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met

• Help manage change orders, purchase orders, and project budgets

• Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines

• Assist with site measurements, material orders, and project closeout documentation

• Support Project Managers with daily project tasks and problem-solving

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or project management software is a plus

• Familiarity with millwork, cabinetry, or construction projects preferred

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
