Sea Change Therapy is looking for school-based occupational therapists in the Orange County area for various assignments for the 2025-26 school year. Jobs range from part-time to full-time in different districts.

Essential functions and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Conduct assessments of students to determine eligibility for occupational therapy; provides reports for use in Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) meetings; attends IEP meetings and maintains progress reports on students at the appropriate time; reevaluates students' individual occupational therapy needs on a regular basis; collaborates with other IEP team members on appropriate techniques that can be used outside of occupational therapy services to enhance and maximize the student's program; ability to use a variety of modern methods, techniques and practices in occupational therapy; knowledge of the fundamental principles and accepted trends in the field of school-based occupational therapy; ability to compose and comprehend written communication; ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and District personnel; understanding of the physical, intellectual, social and emotional growth patterns of students; ability to travel to other sites/locations.
