What is "A Rosie Place for Children"? We are an organization whose entire mission and focus is dedicated to supporting medically fragile children and their families.

We have great benefits including 4 weeks of PTO annually. And most importantly? Our position gives you the opportunity to return to the love of nursing - the compassion, the dedication to caring that led you to become a nurse.

This includes maintaining compliance with all state and national agencies; hiring and supervising both licensed and support staff; and developing a positive rapport with all children, families, staff and visitors. Additionally, the Director of Nursing is responsible for coordinating and supervising new client intakes, in-service training, team building and fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

This DON leads and exemplifies the core values of the organization, Excellence, Integrity, Honesty, Accountability, Empathy, and Innovation without exception.
