About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll own the post-sales relationship with our clients—supporting their business goals, promoting product adoption, and leading retention and upsell efforts. You’ll be a client champion, coordinating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Freehold, NJ, with monthly travel to your assigned US territory.

Your Impact

• Build lasting client relationships to drive 90%+ retention and renewal.
• Lead upsell/cross-sell opportunities and manage annual renewals.
• Conduct monthly onsite QBRs and client strategy meetings.
• Manage escalations and ensure high CSAT and NPS scores.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value and innovation.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
• Proven experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP), NOC, SOC, Helpdesk, or IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing presence.
• Quota-driven sales mindset with a track record of upsell success.
• Willingness to work from our NJ office and travel monthly.
