Position Overview
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for design, strong attention to detail, and a passion for advertising. This role will be key in crafting compelling visual content for car dealership campaigns. The Graphic Designer will support the monthly production of creative deliverables across digital and print, collaborating closely with other creatives, marketing coordinators, and project managers to bring dealership marketing strategies to life.
Key Responsibilities
Design digital display banners for homepage sliders, inventory pages, and special offer landing pages.
Create eye-catching digital ads for platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and Klaviyo email marketing.
Develop supporting graphics for multimedia video presentations, sales decks, and internal marketing collateral.
Design dealership-branded print materials, including mailers, flyers, window posters, showroom graphics, event signage, and point-of-sale signage.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs while adapting to various manufacturer brand guidelines (e.g., Toyota, Lexus, Honda).
Interpret creative briefs and execute designs with attention to hierarchy, messaging clarity, and performance best practices.
Participate in the monthly campaign cycle by designing recurring assets for sales events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate with the Creative Compliance Coordinator to ensure all creative meets quality assurance standards and approval requirements.
Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and quick turnaround times in a fast-paced production environment.
Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries according to agency standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of graphic design experience (preferably in advertising or automotive retail).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience creating designs for both digital and print platforms.
Strong layout, typography, and composition skills.
Familiarity with display ad dimensions and best practices for digital marketing performance.
An understanding of brand compliance, co-op guidelines, and advertising disclaimers in the automotive space is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe After Effects is a plus.
Ability to receive feedback and make revisions quickly and professionally.
Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing deadlines.
Interest in how design influences ad performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and visual impact.
