Accountant Part time (Contract)

You are an experienced Accountant with a strong background in high-volume accounts payable, vendor management, and general ledger support. You’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you bring experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision and enjoy maintaining clean financial records and vendor communications.

Location: Napa, CA

This position pays: $27- $30/hour depending on experience

What you will be doing:

Code invoices and manage electronic approvals
Maintain vendor records, including vendor set up and insurance requirements.
Assemble check run packages for CEO signature
Reconcile corporate credit cards
Handle accounts receivable, including sending invoices and recording deposits
Assist with year-end-close tasks as needed
Communicate with vendors via email or phone

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Minimum of 5 years in similar role preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision is highly preferred
Strong Excel skills (must be proficient with Pivot Tables) required
