Job Description

The Consultant – Field Support Workstream – supports the end-to-end management and integration of
policies, directives, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to the External Provider
Scheduler (EPS) across the client's enterprise. This role ensures that EPS requirements are embedded in operational
workflows, compliance is verified, and digital resources are current and effectively adopted across
the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
• Engagement & Campaign Management: Assist in designing, executing, and monitoring EPS campaigns
and products to drive system implementation and optimize engagement activities.
• KPI Development: Work with team members to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
and leverage automation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• End User Support: Help tailor job aids and support materials to facilitate user adoption and
system utilization, specific to site needs.
• Participate in Site Calls & Office Hours: Assist in hosting recurring live sessions (site calls
and
office hours) to provide implementation support and address user questions.

• Super User Program: Contribute to establishing and managing a Super User program to identify,
train, and empower employees as advanced users and peer mentors.
• Sustainment Transition: Use data and monitoring tools to help guide sites through a clear and
consistent transition from implementation to sustainment, providing recommendations for continuous
improvement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, Healthcare
Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in project delivery, policy management, or process improvement,
preferably within healthcare, government, or large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in project delivery, policy management, or process improvement.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and functional domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with digital content management and end-user training is a plus.

Additional Details
• Active PIV holder preferred, however at a minimum must be clearable
• Ability and willingness to travel (25%) at least once a month
