Job Description

We are expanding in the West and East Valleys and are looking for 1 Physical Therapist and 1 Occupational Therapist. Successful candidates will be paid either as Independent Contractors (1099 with Professional Liability Insurance) or Employee (W-2). We offer very competitive salaries. We prefer candidates with Home Health Experience in Kinnser/Wellsky.
