About the Role:
As an Hourly Electrical Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for overseeing field operations, managing crews, and ensuring project success. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance on the jobsite

• Lead, direct, and support foremen and crew members

• Manage project timelines, labor resources, and material coordination

• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors

• Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports

• Uphold quality standards and resolve issues proactively

• Provide technical guidance and support to crews in the field

Requirements:

• Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial electrical work

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and project scope interpretation

• Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards; OSHA30 required (or must obtain within 6 months)

• Proven leadership, communication, and scheduling skills

• Ability to resolve field issues and manage multiple priorities

• Reliable transportation and availability for occasional travel, if needed

• Successful completion of background check, physical, and drug screening

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
