Responsibilities:

• List and sell residential and/or commercial real estate
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Host open houses and client events
• Prepare accurate market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on real estate processes and procedures
• Verify and disclose property facts with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed or in the process of becoming licensed in real estate (IN)
• Experience in real estate, property management, or related field is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset
