Education and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field. Successfully completed and graduated from an accredited occupational therapy professional program recognized by NBCOT and have completed all fieldwork requirements.
- Licensure from the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)
