Position: GMP Cleaning Technician (Entry-Level Welcome!)
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Overview:
We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as GMP Cleaning Technicians. In this role, you’ll help keep important work areas clean, organized, and safe by following clear guidelines. No prior experience? That’s okay — we’re happy to train you!

What You’ll Do:
• Help keep assigned areas clean and organized
• Work both on your own and with a team
• Follow instructions carefully (both written and spoken)
• Use cleaning tools and safety gear correctly
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and supervisors
• Wear required protective clothing (we’ll show you how!)
• Fill out simple checklists and cleaning logs
• Learn and follow important procedures to keep the work area safe and clean
• Use floor cleaning equipment (we’ll train you if needed)
• Perform routine cleaning duties like wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and mopping

What We’re Looking For:
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow rules and stay safe
• Good communication skills (English – reading and writing)
• Able to work on your feet and do repetitive tasks
• Comfortable wearing protective clothing and working in a cleanroom setting
Bonus if you have 6 months to 1 year of cleaning or similar experience – but not required!
