Regional CPA firm seeking an Tax Sr, Mgr / Director /  Partner   with significant experience in Professional Services.   

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in the technology and professional services industries.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the technology and professional services industries.
• Lead and mentor a team of Tax  professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. 
• Execute and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments for professional services clients, identifying potential areas of concern and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
• 12+ years of experience in Tax with a focus on professional services fimrs such as Lawyers, Architects etc.
• Proven track record of client relationship management and business development.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
