Your Role:

• Provide accurate insurance quotes and product recommendations to new and existing clients

• Ensure all practices are compliant with Farmers Insurance standards

• Build your pipeline through lead follow-up, networking, and marketing strategies

• Help clients find solutions that meet their personal and financial needs

What We're Looking For:

• A motivated, outgoing individual with a strong desire to succeed

• A quick learner who thrives in a team-oriented environment

• Someone who either holds or is willing to obtain a Property & Casualty or Life & Health license

• Must be able to pass a background and credit check

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or networking is a big plus
