Looking for an experienced Bookkeeper in property management to update our books.

We use Quickbooks Online and have a portfolio of 20 multi family properties.

Must be experienced, we will not train.

Need an experienced bookkeeper to provide performance reports of each property.

Create a budget forecast for each property.

Assist with reconciliations.

Assist with balance sheet.

Would rely on your knowledge and experience in bookkeeping.

Part-time, set your own hours 2-3 days a week.
