Job Duties:

• Provide trauma informed care with a focus on mental health using a holistic approach.

• Design individualized home exercise activities.

• Document patient progress and maintain clinical records promptly and accurately.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including co-treatment opportunities.

• Opportunity to supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and OT students.

• Maintain current licensure and certifications, including CPR and Professional Crisis Management (PCM).

• Other duties as assigned by ancillary manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Passion for working with children across various ages and diagnoses.

• Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members.

• Physical ability to meet the demands of the role and effectively motivate clients.

Education Requirements:

• Master's degree or greater in Occupational therapy.

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado.
