Full Desk Recruiter / Sales – Business Development Focus

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Full Desk Recruiter / Sales Professional to join our growing team. This role is centered on sales and business development—your primary responsibility is to secure job orders and fill them quickly and profitably.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales by developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

• Secure job orders daily through proactive outreach and consultative selling.

• Fill orders with urgency and accuracy, ensuring high-quality placements and client satisfaction.

• Continuously recruit and build a strong candidate pipeline to ensure quick turnarounds on open roles.

• Conduct phone screens and interviews to identify top talent.

• Match qualified candidates with the right opportunities through persuasive and strategic communication.

• Own the full desk: sales, recruiting, placement, and follow-up.

What You Bring:

• A true sales mindset—you are motivated by goals, commissions, and winning business.

• Proven experience in staffing/recruiting or a strong track record in sales.

• Excellent phone presence and communication skills.

• A sense of urgency, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-discipline and motivation to work independently and hit performance targets.
