Our mid-sized litigation firm in the Irvine / OC Airport area specializes in catastrophic injury, insurance defense, real estate and business litigation. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Accounting and Legal Billing Specialist.

We are in need of a full-time experienced legal billing specialist with general accounting knowledge. Experience with LEDES ebilling procedures on platforms such as Legal Exchange, Legal-X, Collaborati, Counsel Link, Legal Solutions and TyMetrix 360 is our most sought-after skill. Experience with Clio Manage and Quickbooks Online would also be favorable. Must also be proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe (or similar) & 10 key. Must be a critical thinker, a self-starter, highly organized, detail oriented & have the ability to multi-task. The ability to work both as a team member and independently is required. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail and will require you to be able to work closely with the senior partners at a fast-paced high volume law firm.

Candidate would be responsible for generating draft bills for partner review, processing client invoices both electronically (ebilling) and by mail, accounts receivable, processing daily deposits, money transfers, incoming/outgoing wires, credit card payments, generating financial reports, processing third party vendor invoices, opening new matters and processing expense reimbursements, etc.
