Position Overview:
A prestigious national law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their Miami office in a temp-to-hire capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and high-performing team that handles complex commercial litigation matters nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage casework from inception through trial, including discovery, filings, document management, and trial prep

• Draft, organize, and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents

• Coordinate and manage depositions, hearings, and trial calendars

• Perform factual and legal research

• Collaborate closely with attorneys on case strategy and execution

• Utilize legal tech tools and AI-driven productivity methods where applicable

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal

• Proven experience with complex commercial litigation cases

• Deep understanding of litigation procedure in state and federal courts

• Tech-savvy and familiar with AI-based productivity tools is strongly preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
