Summary
The Project Manager leads the planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution of trade-specific scopes in commercial construction projects. This role plays a key part in shaping project strategy, overseeing site operations, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery aligned with company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with superintendents and foremen to coordinate field activities and scheduling
  • Define project goals, procedures, and benchmarks in line with company policies and contract terms
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, vendors, and internal teams to streamline communication
  • Direct on-site teams and manage workflows to maintain timelines and budgets
  • Address jobsite challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum
  • Represent the company during client meetings and internal strategy sessions
  • Oversee financial performance of contracts, balancing profitability with customer satisfaction
  • Order and manage material procurement to support project needs
  • Communicate plans, drawings, and specifications to stakeholders and team members
  • Report regularly on progress, cost tracking, and schedule adherence
  • Collaborate with field leadership to assign personnel across active projects

Requirements

       •  3+ years of commercial mechanical construction experience
       •  Ability to read plans and specifications
       •  Valid driver's license
       •  Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
