We are seeking a Licensed Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all long-term rental activities and transactions. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all leasing activities
• Attract and educate new tenants
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Enforce lease requirements
• On call for emergencies
• Marketing rentals and attracting new clients on the internet

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or other related fields
• Familiarity with long term leases and CO tenant/landlord laws
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills

This is a hybrid position. There are a minimum of 20 hrs per week paid at $20/hr for administrative duties. Additionally, there are contractor duties to be performed and pay is commission based on the monthly property management fees collected. The more you add and retain to the current portfolio, the more potential income there will be. Limitless potential! Some work will need to be completed in the office or in the field. Some work can be completed remotely, if preferred.
