Job Details

 This position will report directly to the Administrative Director and the Executive Director ( Secondary ). The focus is on the supervision and education of a classroom of 15 children in terms of establishing and maintaining daily routines, following schedule of activities as assigned by the Director. The selected candidate should be able to develop quality lesson plans approved by the administration, as well as to complete and maintain records and observations as assigned. The selected candidate is also responsible for maintaining as educational structure as directed by the administration.  The selected candidate should be able to present a Creative Curriculum, the Value Book, New Jersey Quality Standards, Music Program, Early Literacy Skills and Behavior Charts Systems.
